The short version
We do not track you. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising pixels. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the enquiry form and send us. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

What we collect
When you send us an enquiry
The form at the bottom of most pages asks for five things: your name, your email address, your business website, your annual revenue, and a description of what you are trying to grow. You choose what to put in each. All five are used for one purpose — working out whether a performance deal makes sense for your business, and replying to you about it.
Revenue is asked because our model is a share of revenue or profit, and the figure decides whether the arrangement is possible at all. It is not passed to anyone outside the business.
Automatically, when you load a page
Our host records standard server logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user agent string. Every web server does this, and it is how the site is kept available and secure. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
The site loads three JavaScript libraries from two public content delivery networks, cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare) and jsDelivr. Making that request necessarily discloses your IP address and user agent to them. We do not control those networks and receive nothing back from them.
What we do not collect
To be specific rather than reassuring:
- No analytics of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn or TikTok tag, no session recording, no heatmaps.
- No advertising or retargeting trackers. Nothing on this site follows you to another one.
- No cookies. See the cookie policy for the one small thing the site does store in your browser, and why it is not a cookie.
- No accounts, so no passwords.
- No payment details. Nothing is sold through this site.
Why we are allowed to use it
For enquiries: because you sent them to us and asked for a reply. For server logs: because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site up and defending it from abuse. If you are covered by a law that requires a specific legal basis or consent — the UK or EU GDPR, for example — treat this section as the plain-English version and email us for the formal one.
Who else handles it
We keep the list of companies that touch your data as short as we can. Today it is:
- Vercel — hosts the site and produces the server logs described above.
- REPLACE_WITH_FORM_PROCESSOR — receives enquiry form submissions and passes them to our inbox.
- REPLACE_WITH_EMAIL_PROVIDER — where the resulting email lives once it reaches us.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) and jsDelivr — serve the JavaScript libraries, and so see the IP address making the request.
None of them is permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for REPLACE_WITH_RETENTION_PERIOD, so we can pick up a conversation that goes quiet and restart later. Server logs are kept for as long as our host retains them. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email REPLACE_WITH_PRIVACY_EMAIL and we will answer. Depending on where you live you may have further rights — under the UK or EU GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act — and we will honour them whether or not they strictly apply to us.
You can also simply not use the form. Nothing on this site requires you to identify yourself in order to read it.
Children
This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we add anything that collects data — an analytics tool, an advertising pixel, a booking widget — this page gets updated before it goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
